In Design Dialogue
with Tostem
We take your raw two-hour conversations and craft them into polished episodes of up to forty minutes — story-edited for the most coherent, valuable dialogue, with multi- and single-cam angles and external audio synced flawlessly, colour-graded, audio-mixed, and dressed in a consistent on-brand graphics system. Each episode is then repurposed into a vertical trailer and a set of hook shorts built to drive traffic on Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Scope is post-production only. All footage and external audio are recorded and provided by Tostem. Three episodes are already shot and ready to enter the pipeline:
The series look
- Show packaging suiteIntro & outro sequences, lower-thirds, on-screen typography system and title cards — built once, reused across all ten episodes.
- Master trailer + 2–3 teasersEstablishes the show as premium, cut from the best bites so far. Delivered 16:9 (YouTube) and 9:16 (Reels / Shorts).
The episode package
- 1× Full episode — up to 40 min16:9 at 1080p/4K, fully colour-graded, audio-mixed, packaged with B-roll & typography.
- 1× Episode trailer — 9:16 verticalAnnounces the guest, the hook and the release date.

Because three episodes are already shot, we suggest opening with Phase 1 — the master assets plus those three episodes (tap the Phase 1 preset above to see the figure). It locks the series identity, puts finished, on-brand episodes in your hands fast, and de-risks the commitment for both sides. The remaining seven episodes then run at roughly two per month on the same per-episode rates.
Post-production only. Tostem provides all footage and external audio tracks.
B-roll. Project visuals / stills provided by Tostem or the architects where available; any stock footage licensing is billed at actuals.
Music. Royalty-free / licensed library tracks; premium or commissioned licensing at actuals.
Hook shorts. 2–3 per episode as standard; Premiere extends to 3–4. All with dynamic, easy-to-read captions in English.
Revisions. Essential 1 round · Signature 2 rounds · Premiere 3 rounds per deliverable. Additional rounds billed.
Complexity. Per-episode rate assumes runtime ≤40 min and standard complexity. Each additional multi-cam episode +₹15,000; rush turnaround (under one week) +25–50%.
Camera mix. Of the three shot episodes, Ep 1 is multi-cam and Eps 2–3 are single-cam. The remaining episodes are estimated single-cam by default and adjust live if any are multi-cam.
GST. Fees are quoted exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added on top; the "Total payable" figures include it.
Payment. 40% on kick-off / packaging approval; balance billed per episode batch or as a monthly retainer.
